Bosko's day begins with a whimsical morning routine, whistling and making music with the sounds of his bathtub filling with water. His anthropomorphic car takes him to meet his girlfriend Honey, but their joyride is soon disrupted by a haughty cow blocking their path. After a series of mishaps, including a runaway bathtub, Bosko and Honey's good fortune ultimately saves the day.
