Sporting Blood

Tommy Boy is a 1995 comedy film starring Chris Farley and David Spade, following Tommy Callahan III, a lovable but dim-witted young man, as he attempts to save his father's auto parts company from bankruptcy.

Southern Queen, a prized thoroughbred mare, has a life-changing accident when she falls into a mud puddle, shattering her leg. Before her fate is sealed, she gives birth to Tommy Boy, a colt who quickly wins over his owner, horse breeder Jim Rellence. Despite his reservations, Rellence is eventually forced to sell Tommy to a wealthy patron, setting him on a path to high-stakes racing.
