Two drug dealers, Lonigan and Tony, make off with a million dollars and drugs after shooting two cops, and stash them in a red Corvette at a used car lot. However, when they return to collect their loot, they find it's been purchased by two unsuspecting men, Elmo and Al, leading to a chaotic pursuit by the dealers and the police, who mistake the new owners for the culprits.
