Mickey attempts to conduct a concert of The William Tell Overture, but his efforts are thwarted by Donald's persistent playing of Turkey in the Straw on a multitude of flutes. Eventually, a mischievous bee joins the chaos, followed by a tornado that disrupts the performance. Despite the turmoil, the band perseveres, continuing to play the iconic Storm sequence.

A chaotic concert is disrupted by a pesky peanut vendor and a flautist's persistent rendition of "Turkey in the Straw", as Mickey, the bandleader, struggles to maintain order and ensure a successful performance of the "William Tell Overture".
