Dan Larsen, a former Ranger, goes undercover to track down the outlaw leaders of a town after the real killer of Molly Pearson's father goes free. He escapes and warns Molly about her guardian, District Attorney Kemper Mills, before being arrested and taken back to town. Mills shoots the Judge and escapes, and Dan discovers the Judge was Smeed's father. Dan and Smeed join forces to rescue Molly from the masked Boss, who has captured her during a raid on her ranch.
