Otto, a former mental patient, struggles to readjust to his old life as a butcher after a violent argument with his wife. His grief and paranoia lead him to a dark and gruesome descent, as he dismembers her body and sells it as sausages. As loved ones start to vanish, they also become the unsuspecting customers of Otto's sinister butcher shop.
