In this horror-western, a caretaker named Jean is hired to assist blind woman Zenobia, who is aided by a deaf-mute servant named Mario. As Jean settles into her new role, she begins to notice strange occurrences and eventually discovers that Zenobia is slowly draining her blood to sustain her own life. Unbeknownst to Jean, Zenobia's true intentions are to use the blood to feed her plants, which she uses to produce a deadly poison to drive away local ranchers and eventually acquire all the surrounding land.
