A troubled police officer in 1980s Bombay seeks redemption by taking on a case involving a ruthless serial killer that terrorizes the city's most vulnerable residents, leading him to delve into the city's seedy underworld to uncover the truth.

Sub-Inspector Sanjay Shellar from Bombay's Special Crime Unit is suspended after a suspect in custody dies suddenly. When homeless people start getting killed between 10 PM and 4 AM on Tuesdays and Saturdays, the police reopen the case, suspecting a serial killer. Sanjay approaches A.I.G. Satam for help, but is told he can't assist as he's been fired. Satam advises Sanjay to investigate on his own, promising to reinstate him if successful.
