In the women's prison, Carrie, Mitzie, and Chicago constantly get into trouble. However, they're offered early parole in exchange for participating in a study on human aggression and antisocial behavior at a Kansas City college. The study, led by Dr. Blalock, seems legitimate, but it's secretly funded by a shady government contact who wants to test an experimental drug on the women. The drug causes them to exhibit aggressive behavior, making it difficult for them to control their actions. As Carrie uncovers the truth, she must rely on Dr. Blalock's son to help her escape the study's sinister intentions.
