A former landlord finds himself unexpectedly relocated to his own neglected property, where he must face the repercussions of his own neglect.
A New York City slum landlord, Louie, is tasked with renovating one of his apartment blocks within 120 days, forcing him to inhabit the rundown building alongside his tenants until the repairs are finished. His wealthy father, the true mastermind, refuses to foot the bill, leaving Louie to suffer alongside his tenants in the squalid conditions.
