Four bored Valley Girls, Sam, Trish, Beth, and Annie, discover a kind man, Mr. Stanton, running a home for orphaned boys in danger of eviction due to unpaid rent. One of the boys is involved with sleazy drug dealers, while the girls' prized Mercedes is lost in a rigged bet with rival Beverly Hills teens. The Vals, with help from their frat-boy boyfriends, work to save Mr. Stanton and the boys, take down the drug dealers, and exact revenge on their rivals in a rematch.
