In 1972 Vietnam, a group of US Marines is sent to rescue POW officers, but their LZ turns out to be a deadly ambush. After a fierce battle, only four soldiers remain, and they soon realize they're expendable decoys. As they navigate the treacherous jungle, they share flashbacks of their troubled lives before enlisting.
