Two elves, Jingle and Jangle Bells, team up with Vixen to spread cheer and convince Santa that his absence is felt by all. Their journey takes them to Southtown, USA, where they must outsmart Heat Miser and Snow Miser, who are determined to preserve the status quo. However, Mrs. Claus has a secret plan up her sleeve, using her connection to Mother Nature to sway the Misers and save Christmas.
