In this animated comedy, Porky Pig's sleep is disrupted by noisy mice, leading him to hire a resourceful cat to solve the problem. However, the cat surprisingly joins the mice in a rousing rendition of "On Moonlight Bay" while under the influence of alcohol. Desperate for a solution, Porky turns to a bulldog who happens to know the lyrics to "When Irish Eyes are Smiling" and uses his new canine friend to get rid of the mice and the mischievous cat.
