In modern-day Hong Kong, a young man named Tim Cheung joins the Vampire Cleanup Department, a secret task force dedicated to eradicating Chinese vampires known as Goeng Si. Under the guidance of his uncle, a senior officer, Tim embarks on a mission to rescue a female Goeng Si named Summer from her evil master, who had buried her alive centuries ago.
