Darby, a Kansas floss farmer's son, yearns for adventure and fun. When he discovers the Wonderful Land Of Ha's, an amusement park with a Wizard who grants wishes, he's determined to go. Despite his father's need for help with the harvest, Darby chooses to flee the farm with his dog Tutu, meeting a scarecrow, tin man, and lion along the way.
