Wesley Willis, a late Chicago artist and musician, was known for his quirky music, artistic talent, and gentle nature despite being 6'6" and over 300 pounds, as well as being schizophrenic. He was a survivor of extreme poverty, mental illness, child abuse, racism, and obesity, yet lived to 40 and had a successful music career.
