In this film, a group of young men led by Chan Ho-Nam abandon their responsibilities to join the notorious Hung Hing Society, embarking on a path of rebellion and self-discovery.

Between the first two opening sequences of the original "Young and Dangerous" film, a pivotal story unfolds. Chan Ho-Nam, Chicken, Chou-pan, and Pou-pan join the Hung Hing Society, only to discover that Kwan, one of their own, has defected to the Tung Sing Group, a long-standing rival gang.
