A wealthy businessman, Malhotra, attempts to acquire a sacred land from Mrs. Dhillon, also known as Bebe, which is home to a revered holy tree. When Bebe refuses to sell, Malhotra threatens her son Aman, and later sends Raka to cut down the tree. Aman, praying near the tree on a stormy night, gains holy powers after being attacked by Raka and transforms into the superhero "Flying Jat", using his powers to aid those in need. Meanwhile, Raka becomes a toxic monster, seeking to pollute the environment.

A hero emerges to face the darkness and defend the innocent, culminating in a heart-pumping battle against the evil Raka to bring back balance to the world.
