A Miami businessman receives a mysterious package from England containing vintage brandy, which transforms him into a vampire. He uses his new powers to control his wife and travel to England to seek revenge against the descendants of Van Helsing, who killed Count Dracula. Meanwhile, a distant relative of Van Helsing is determined to put the reborn vampire to rest.
