Al-mor wa al rumman background

Al-mor wa al rumman

A Palestinian dancer defies cultural and societal norms to pursue her passion and spread a message of hope and unity.

A free-spirited dancer, Kamar, finds herself torn between her love of dance and her role as the wife of a prisoner, Zaid. When she returns to dancing, she's confronted by Kais, a Palestinian returnee who's taken her role as head choreographer. As they work together, their passion for dance turns into a romantic spark. But their love is complicated by Zaid's extended sentence and the family's struggles against land confiscation and occupation, threatening their livelihood and Kamar's sense of identity.
