These dinosaurs, wearing advanced holographic disguises, live secretly among humans, using everyday herbs like basil and rosemary to get high. They operate under their own shadow government, with humans who discover them facing immediate execution. Two private investigator dinosaurs, Vincent and Ernie, are hired to investigate a young human's suicide and stumble upon a movement called Voice Of Progress, which seeks to reveal the existence of dinokind and reclaim the planet.
