Judy and her husband Jim temporarily move in with Judy's aunt Edna, a wealthy widow. Edna's reclusive roommate Louise is initially cold towards them, but Judy manipulates Jim into pursuing an affair with Edna to gain access to her business and wealth. Meanwhile, Judy becomes involved with a local young man who may have a past with Louise.
