A young man's world is turned upside down after a breakup with his activist girlfriend, leading him to become embroiled in a Latin American revolution.
In this comedy, a consumer products tester becomes obsessed with a political activist and tries to win her over by joining a rebellion in a fictional country, eventually becoming its President. However, it's only after he gains political power that she falls for him.
