Blood Brothers background

Blood Brothers

The film is a homage to John Woo's Bullet in the Head, set in 1930s Shanghai and influenced by the same cinematic inspirations.

In 1930s rural China, three friends - Feng, Gang, and Hu - dream of finding fame and fortune in Shanghai. Feng is content with his simple life, but Gang's overbearing personality convinces them to leave their small town behind. Struggling to make a living in Shanghai, they turn to stealing, but Feng is reluctant to get involved.
