In 1983, an aviator named Hank commits a heinous crime while wearing a voodoo talisman, which he later hides in an electrical box. Twenty-two years later, he's released from an asylum and the talisman is found by a museum worker. As the group of co-workers gather for a séance, two couples go missing, only to be found brutally murdered. Hank reappears, revealing that the talisman unleashes a malevolent force that compels its wearer to kill with sadistic pleasure.
