A young singer, Nicole Clark, leaves the city after being harassed by her record producer and betrayed by her boyfriend. She hitchhikes back to her hometown of Elwood, where she's picked up by Sheriff Riley, who seems friendly but has ulterior motives. Unbeknownst to Nicole, she's been drawn into a sinister white slavery ring run by Marta Samtani. Her only hope for rescue lies with her boyfriend and Detective Nate Penna, who's investigating her disappearance.
