In the charming town of Kriss, Massachusetts, Casper, the friendly ghost, is tasked by the ghostly ruler Kibosh to scare at least one person before Christmas Day. As he tries to complete his mission, Casper encounters the Jollimore family and struggles to frighten them, much to the frustration of The Ghostly Trio. Desperate to get the job done, they secretly hire Casper's mischievous cousin, Spooky, who brings chaos and hilarity to the town.
