Chaindance

A unique government program brings together an inmate, J.T. Blake, and a young boy with cerebral palsy, Johnny Reynolds, forming an unlikely bond. But their connection is tested by the growing obsession of another prisoner.

A rebellious young man with cerebral palsy becomes the unlikely partner for a troublesome prisoner, chained to his wheelchair as part of a government rehabilitation program. The plan aims to benefit both parties, by helping a understaffed nursing home, inspiring compassion in the prisoner, and toughening the patients.
