After striking out in a softball game, Dino Condito is branded the "chooch" by his team. His cousin Jube tries to cheer him up by taking him on a vacation to Cancun, but their trip is disrupted when they're abducted by thugs and left in the desert. Dino's old Queens crew, including his pet dachsund, must reunite to rescue him and his cousin. Along the way, they face various challenges, including a jail break, donkey ride, and explosion in a chicken coop. The crew's efforts ultimately lead to a life-changing love affair and a newfound appreciation for family, friendship, and neighborhood.
