In the small town of Niagara Falls, a long-forgotten kidnapping case from decades ago is reopened when a young woman returns home, leading her to confront a dark and mysterious chapter from her own past.
Abby returns to Niagara Falls after her mother's death, haunted by a childhood memory of a kidnapping she believes she witnessed. She reconnects with her estranged sister and tries to settle their mother's estate, but her obsession with the past grows increasingly out of control.
