A rag-tag team of World War II outcasts, including Captain Storm, Johnny Cloud, and others, are stranded on a South Pacific island overrun with dinosaurs, where they must rescue scientists studying a time/space anomaly, while navigating the motives of their mysterious ally, Fan Long.
