Stanley and Oliver, two chimney sweeps, wreak havoc on Professor Noodle's living room while the mad doctor perfects his "rejuvination formula" in his laboratory. The Professor's experiment successfully rejuvenates a duckling into an egg, but things take a turn when Stanley accidentally exposes Oliver to the formula, leading to a different kind of regression.
