A Japanese woman of Korean descent arrives in Korea and checks into a guest house, only to discover that her room is already occupied by the owner's son. On her first night in Seoul, she's forced to share the room with him and soon decides to find alternative accommodations. However, the owner has other plans and offers her free Korean lessons, taught by the son.
