East/West

Russian exiles, who had escaped the 1917 Revolution, are lured back to their homeland in 1946, but soon discover themselves in a perilous situation.

In 1946, Stalin invites Russian exiles to return home, but upon arrival, one group is executed. Dr. Aleksei Golovin, his French wife Marie, and their son navigate the treacherous landscape, with Marie accused of being a spy.
