A catastrophic fire tornado ravages Los Angeles, prompting a diverse group of survivors to set aside their differences and collaborate to extinguish the blaze and revitalize their city.
As a group of ecologists and a former firefighter, Scott Nylander, attempt to hang an eco-friendly banner, they inadvertently trigger a deadly bomb that sets off a massive, flaming tornado, wreaking havoc on the city.
