In an alternate reality, the Nazis won World War II, and a group of heroes known as the Freedom Fighters fight against tyranny. When the leader, The Ray, is transported to our Earth, he passes his powers to his counterpart, Ray Terrill, who becomes the new The Ray. With his newfound abilities, he must adapt to fighting crime with the help of The Flash and Green Arrow, before facing his biggest challenge: returning to Earth X to lead the Freedom Fighters against Overgirl and her minions.
