In the midst of a London hideaway, a US secret agent purchases a distinctive pair of X-ray glasses from a freelance spy, Natasha Rubikoff. However, the glasses are accidentally obtained by a stranger on the street, who is later joined by her boyfriend in a trip to Vegas to use the glasses to win at blackjack. Meanwhile, Natasha is captured by Mao Myx, a villainous figure who had a buyer for the glasses, and Richardson must track her down to recover the glasses before they fall into the wrong hands.
