Going Places background

Going Places

A mundane office worker's life is dramatically disrupted when he dons a disguise to masquerade as a renowned jockey, a publicity ploy that spirals out of control.

A charming salesman, Mr. Mason, concocts a plan to advertise riding clothes by having a famous jockey, Peter Randall, impersonate himself at a Steeple Chase event. As the impersonator, Peter meets a lovely young woman, Ellen, at a party hosted by Cora, and their shared love of horses sparks a romance. However, their budding relationship is threatened by two scheming gamblers, Maxie and Duke, who try to manipulate the race by pairing Peter with a wild and unpredictable horse named "Jeepers Creepers."
