A young man, Chris Vale, was wrongly convicted of murdering his family in 1982 and spent 10 years in an insane asylum. He escapes on Halloween to clear his name, but in an effort to hide from the partygoers and authorities, he begins a killing spree that is even more brutal than the original crime.
