Captain Roy Rogers, head of the Rangers Reclamation Service, travels to Las Vegas for the annual Heldorado Frontier Days Festival to support his friend Gabby Whittaker. There, he meets Carol Randall, the newly crowned Queen of the Heldorado, and learns that the FBI needs his assistance in investigating a counterfeit money ring circulating at the local casino.
