Many speak publicly for the first time. The documentary reveals the horror of the crush on the terraces, police prejudice towards football fans, and commanders' failure in leadership. It also exposes the lack of dignity shown to bereaved families and the impact of media vilification on the fans. The film recounts the 27-year campaign for justice fought on behalf of the 96 who died.
