A nurse is employed to care for a wealthy, bitter woman, unaware that she and her partner are plotting to claim the woman's fortune for themselves. However, their plans take a dark turn when the woman is found dead in a bloody bathtub, and they start to suspect that she may not be deceased after all, or that her vengeful spirit has returned to haunt them.
