Sgt. Richard Montana, a hot-headed law enforcement officer, is demoted and overlooked for promotion after a botched drug bust. He seeks revenge against Henderson, who he blames for the death of his first partner. Montana then joins forces with drug lord Gio, eliminating his competitors and eventually getting promoted. However, Gio's girlfriend lures him into a dangerous scheme that puts their lives at risk.
