A sedan carrying a group of gangsters speeds north from Tijuana, Mexico, but their trip is cut short when they're stopped by a California motorcycle cop. After a violent confrontation, the officer is killed, and the gangsters flee. The young son of one of the gangsters, Johnny, is shocked by the murder and becomes the target of the gang's attempts to silence him. As Johnny tries to escape the gang's clutches, he finds help from a kind priest and a teacher who are determined to protect him and bring the truth to light.
