In the midst of World War I, a group of American soldiers stumble upon a mysterious artifact capable of summoning the malevolent Krampus. Tragedy strikes as the soldiers are killed in combat, and the artifact is sent to the commanding officer's widow, a teacher at a small-town orphanage. Unbeknownst to her, the orphans inadvertently unleash Krampus, forcing the teacher and her pupils to face off against this ancient evil.
