Nounours, an informer with a unique arrangement with the police, receives 10% of seized drugs. When his contact, inspector Maurin, commits suicide, inspector Delvaux takes over. Meanwhile, judge Lambert uncovers police corruption, leading to Gérard and Nounours, the source of deadly overdoses.
