In 1925, a defiant French boxer seeks asylum in Morocco after rejecting a fixed match, only to find solace and camaraderie among three comrades in the Foreign Legion.
A boxer, Alain Lefevre, is paid to throw a fight by a Marseille mobster, but he decides to flee to America with the mobster's girlfriend, Katrina. However, his plan fails and he joins the foreign legion to escape.
