A group of friends from Little Golden Book Land band together to help protect their community from a storm threat. Scuffy, a determined and resourceful character, recruits his friends to help him save the day. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles and humorous situations, ultimately leading to an unexpected but exciting outcome.
