A group of disillusioned college students gather for a world summit to counter apathy and unite activists. Hundreds of young people attend, drawn by promises of free food and drinks, and the event becomes a platform for discussing politics, as well as drinking, drug use, and sex. Two filmmakers document the event, capturing the diverse perspectives and agendas in attendance, as the organizers struggle to manage the logistical challenges of a modern revolution, ultimately losing confidence in their ability to spark change.
